General Nurse Practitioner Jobs In London

It will also allow you to see a wider range of patients, contributing to further CPD.
We have shifts available locally and nationwide, and as we work with around a third of Primary Care centers nationwide we often have work you won’t find anywhere else.

Duties of a General Nurse Practitioner
- Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
- Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, and counseling and also provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
Qualifications of a General Nurse Practitioner
- RGN
- Evidence of recent Study (PREP)
- Recognised Minor Illness. Injuries Certificate or willingness to undertake
- Recognised Nurse Prescribing Qualification
Skills of a General Nurse Practitioner
- One must be a Registered Nurse(RN)
- NP-focused graduate master’s or Doctoral Nursing Program
- Successfully Pass a National NP Board Certification Exam
Experience
- Have recent experience in acute/primary care nursing
- Be competent in telephone advice and also triage service
- Have recent experience of face-to-face patient care
- Have Nurse Practitioner experience or evidence of independent practice
General Nurse Practitioner hourly rate
- Exclusive, weekly access to shifts available both locally and also nationwide,
- Pick-up shifts the day before or up to 12 months in advance,
- No minimum shift requirements,
